If you answer complete a short questionnaire and receive tickets “Hagi Wonder Pass”for free admission to three recommended attractions in Hagi.
The eligible facilities are three places, Hagi Meirin Gakusha Visitor Center, Hagi Museum, and Ruins of Hagi Catsle & Shizuki Park, and the admission fee for each of them will be free!

The “Hagi Wonder Pass” is available at the tourist information centers at Hagi Meirin Center and JR Higashi-Hagi Station.

The Yamaguchi Call Center, established by Yamaguchi Prefecture, provides assistance to international tourists who encounter difficulties during the travel due to language communication issues. The Center provides tourism information and interpretation services in numerous languages over the phone. Visitors are invited to take advantage of this service.
• The Yamaguchi Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Local interpreters are available to provide international visitors with friendly hospitality and information about enticing tourism destinations and local traditions and culture within greater urban central Yamaguchi (the cities of Yamaguchi, Ube, Hagi, Hofu, Mine, and San’yo-Onoda, as well as the town of Tsuwano in Shimane Prefecture).

Tebura Hagi Tourism Service

Tebura Hagi Tourism Service works in cooperation with tourist information centers to store tourists’ luggage at hotels and inns where those tourists are staying. Luggage dropped off at a tourist information center will be delivered to the hotel or inn where that person is staying. This allows visitors to enjoy luggage-free sightseeing in Hagi without having to check in at a hotel or inn beforehand.
